Converting a 2k3 weapon to 2k4

Say fellas I would like to know how to convert the benelli2b.u that was made for 2k3 to work in my 2k4 server.

I was told how to do it awile ago and I got it to work but My files was lost.

I know I need to export them an make uc files and compile them, can someone explain this process. Heres the benelli link Im talking about:
