I'll take a crack at it. But I can't promise anything since I just started making models for UT99/UT2000/UTGOTY.

Hrm this is file structure that I've never seen before. This might be difficult :(.

Ok so what I've just finished doing was first rename the pk3 (false file extension) to zip and unzipped Septhiroth. Converted the model from the .glm model format it was in for that Jedi game and imported it into milkshape3d. I use milkshape3d to make my models because it's just easier for me that way. I have the model just there, reskinned according how I saw fit (it may not be right yet). I uploaded some pictures here: http://www.scifix.com/Sites/UnrealTournament/

Now a few things About this model that I could see, to get working in UT properly you'll need to lower the group count to about 4 or 6 (i cant remember how many its suppose to have as the only models I've ever created had 1 skin group), it has like 17. And UT99/2000/GOTY can only allow so many. The model will have to be adjusted to fit the UnrealTournament bone/joint structure unless someone out there can create the bone structure for you using max or something, I'm not quite versed in using it yet. As far as animations, I don't know how to make them work either (i know how to make them but not how to put them in UT). So this is about as much as I can do, other than just make a standard UT model that looks like Septhiroth. But it has been converted into a format that can then be exported to various others easily.

i can rig it to a biped and vertex skin it in max , but of course you will need to link the default aniamations to it , i cant animate characters to the point of where it looks normal yet . let me know .

well if anyone can get the file as .t3d , .stl , or .3ds i will import it , rig it and then skin it . you can then import it like any character and just link the current animations ( this includes all animations , including taunts i believe ) ,to the mesh file . so you will have the new model you want useable in the game with the current animations .
