Congradulations Bad-Mojo on having the courage and fortitude to stand up against corporate greed and the sell-out personalities behind the machine. Everyone should read this thread on SF forum:

The thread's here too, and on unreality.org ... but it seems to have gotten the most exposure at Strike Force. Now, fact of the matter is, I've stopped posting to it. I'm sick of all the people in charge whining for the proof. I know this tactic, its referred to as rushing. Rush the evidence, its unprepared and non-presentable. They asked for it, and I will devote my time now to prepping it and posting it.

Keep your sites set on www.unreality.org/inquest -- there's nothing there as of yet, but Preacher has been kind enough to host the site. He was also the first person outside of the forums to run the article, and convinced unrealuniverse.com to link to them. An all-around good guy, from what I hear. Alot of praise for him. I in fact had first contact with him after originally posting that article.

So there you have it.

yep... it'll be giving off that for now -- but soon enough (we should be getting a webmaster soon enough -- everybody working on the inquest sucks in HTML) there will be a site there.

Hi bad.mojo I think you are a real fighter... but you should be carefull not to become a sort of "Michael Kohlhass" or "Don Quichote", because in this case you will only look ridiculous.

I love this whole thing

I hope CS gets involved, and some of those code stealing allegations turn out to be true. Even more though, I hope that without warning, the TO mod vanishes without a trace. Wouldn't that be ironic!

Remember, it takes eleven muscles to smile, but only four to raise your middle finger!

The only reason CS would get involved is because of textures and sounds (that Shag has already admitted to.) These are distributed without giving credit to the original authors (a violation of intellectual copyright laws.)

They can't get involved because somebody made a game like theirs (otherwise, imagine the kind of law suits Red Storm entertainment, the Counter-Strike team, the SAS, JTF2, the SEALs, GSG-9, et al. would be involved in)

Lastly, its not my intention to destroy tacticalops at all. If somebody does bring TO to their knees over this, I will host them and fund them out of my own pocket. I'm not out to ruin the time and energy that people have pooled into something. All I care about is the misappropriation of the truth, and that's all I'm focusing on.

And don't worry Lance, this isn't a Don Quixote quest.

Go Bad.Mojo!!! Stick it where it hurts man!

How long has this OT thing been developing? Last thing I remembered was that the bastards won the Make Something Unreal contest.

Just remember though, it the make something UNreal contest. Realism doesn't mean squat it seems.
