infiltration newbie

Just wanted to say that I'm a newbie and I used the search facility instead of creating a new thread.

So there you go - there is light at the end of the tunnel.

My problem was: I had no idea what version I was using - I patched up to 282 and I saw:
a) 2.80 in the main menu
b) 2.81 in some other menu
c) when I created a game I had the option of 'infiltration' or 'infiltration 281' (I think - I'm at work and I'm trying to remember - bear with me)

Second problem - in the options menu I bind mouse1 button to fire. In the game I have a gun, I click mouse1 and nothing happens. Not sure about this yet, will investigate more.

you need to run INF from the infiltraion.exe, also to do all the gun commands you need to goto the options or setup

Ran the infiltration shortcut (comes in 282). Is the firing command in the normal ut set of commands, or some specific infiltration set?

in future I hope inf comes packaged as a single download or at most 2 (game + maps).

Version Mismatch

Hey there folks. I ahve a problem here, every time that I try to get infiltration running on Unreal (not UT) to play online, I keep getting a message saying "Version Mismatch" when I try to get into a game. I have tried to download all patches and the versions available, and I make sure that the games I am trying to play in are the same versions. I have installed and reinstalled Unreal a few times as well as the aptches and inf. versions. I am all out of Ideas and haven't been able to find much on this subject. Please Help

another problem that i noticed...

check the properties on the infiltration icon, they could be wrong...
when i checked the properties, it began with "J:\Games\Unrealtournament.....". I know I dont even have a J:,i have C:, and D: so i fixed it, and now it works.
