character voice problem

when i installed ut2004 first time it goed perfectly and no problems occured i installed latest patch installed ece bonus pack.but now i get a problem with player character voice. now every character ingame hawe juggernaut voice even skaarj characters and other chars hawe juggernaut voice.i tried every thing to fix it.i reinstalled ut2004 i tweaked user.ini and ut2004.ini but no results none settings are set wrong.everytime when i set my characters voice to mercenary or any other voice other than juggernaut i get merc voice for few ingame moments but then it returns to juggernaut.how to fix it? please help :(

Try copying the .upl files from the System folder off your UT2004 disk into your System folder on the hard drive if you're having problems with character voices.
