Carry the Flag

Hello everybody. Simple request: Does anybody know where I could get my hands on a "Carry the Flag" mod or mutator for UT2004?

Here's what I know:

There was a "Carry the Flag" mod / mutator for UT2003 that was (apparently) ported to UT2004 several years ago, but the links are long dead and many of the posters are inactive. I know that the UT2003 version does not work in UT2004 without some work. ChaosUT's version of CTF works like "Carry the Flag", but the problem is that you need to install the entire mod to get it and, even then, the gametype is not particularly friendly or flexible with other mods and mutators--basically, you have to play with ChaosUT's weapons, since Ballistic Weapons and WORM are unable to replace the weapons ChaosUT adds. That's not really what I'm looking for, but pages of Google searches have turned up nothing but dead ends.

Can anybody help?

I converted Mysterial's UT2k3 version to UT2k4 several years ago. I'll see if I can upload it in the next 24 hours or so.

Cool, I would really appreciate that. I fell in love with Carry the Flag for UT99 and could never really go back to ordinary CTF afterward.

@ Cream-of-Plenty: I know what you mean, there are very few times that I'm willing to play normal CTF after playing Carry-The-Flag. Let me know if this version works ok. I had to fix one other bug in the code a few years ago in which the flag was temporarily moved to a nearby pathnode during bot's pathfinding algorithm and then moved back resulting in a bunch of "Flag has been returned" message spam.

@ dr.flay: Thanks for the heads up! I've got updated versions of the files linked in my sig, I'll update them once I release the next version of YARM and TD Vehicles.

That was something I was looking for for years! And finally found but seems doesn't work as intended... I enable mutator but when anyone (bots) touch the flag then it immediately returned to the base. My settings are: Can touch own flag ON; Can take own flag from base OFF; Can cap on dropped flag ON.

What I'm doing wrong and how to make players bring the flag to the base instead of immediately teleport it after the enemy drops it?

EDIT: I was using another mutator called "RPG Flag mutator (to get RPG XP points for scoring a flag)" where it replaces original flags so this mod didn't work with a custom flag. Removing mentioned mutator solves the problem! Thanks, Meowcat for your amazing conversation!
