Just to clarify, Dai is the one who originally got Jailbreak for UT on its feet way back in the UT days, which is why he owns the domain name at the moment. He hasn't been very active for a long time, this is nothing new. Last time the IP switched he was still checking the forums fairly regularly though so he caught it pretty quickly. Basically at this point it looks like we don't have Dai's current e-mail (Mychaeel sent him an e-mail at his last known e-mail and no response yet obviously), so either he'll happen by and notice what's up, or we'll have to switch to jailbreak.beyondunreal.com as our "main" address, or eventually the DNS entry expires sometime next year I think (tarq said something along those lines) and we can pick it up.
Until BU takes down the redirect server I think we're just waiting and hoping Dai will get in touch.
