can you name/find this mutator?

Yesterday I jumped on a 2k4 CTF server that had all of the normal weapons, only beefed up something fierce. (firing rates, damage, behavior, etc.) On top of that, there was no need to reload since you spawned with everything. On top of that, you yourself had a whopping 300 health plus armor.

Now, before you go and say "Excessive Overkill" let me tell you that this was not it. I asked another player, one of these KoNA guys, but I forgot his reply...only that the mod/mutator's name started with a "Z", I think.

I'd appreciate any help finding this, though I know the answer is probably right under me nose. It was a lot of fun to play, especially on large maps..and the weapon effects looked cool. The redeemer made this gi-normous beautiful mushroom cloud that lingered over the blast area and dished out radiation damage to anyone nearby...crazy, I tell you!

Seriously, I don't know. Modworks doesn't know it (Zencoder weapons does something different) and Modsquad doesn't know it, so I'm out.
However: you say you played it, right? that means it's downloaded to your hard drive, right in your cache. Use a cache converting program like UT2004Mi to get that mod.

even just reading the cache.ini will tell you the package name that'll narrow it down at least

300 health and shields? That sounds exactly like Excessive. And a huge mushroom cloud with the Redeemer? That sounds exactly like something Excessive would include. I have it, but I've only used it once and didn't use the Redeemer, so I couldn't tell you if that's how it worked for sure. Did weapon ammo and health regenerate too?

zark? with a lot of other souped up weapons? I don't know ... sounds like EO to me.

It was RPG, when you first start out on that you're level 1 and everythings like the normal game.

k, haven't been home yet to check my cache, yes I'm a dirty stay-out.
I'm starting to think that it was called "Z addons" or something like that. However, a subsequent search of google and UT mod sites turned up nothing.

Huggybear also played this that night. I don't even know if he stuck around for long to play it, but I'll try and jog his memory too...will let you folks know what I come up with later. Thanks much for your help!

Yeah, it's called "Zaddon" - I played the mod and it's a lot of fun, although not as much as EO imho. I don't know where to find it, but I did ask the guys on the server what it was called. I tried to stick around and play a bit, but lag got the better of me. That's too bad, because wild7's fun to frag

It's a lot like EO, but there are non-standard weapons and different effects for some wepons (like a link gun that leaves goop wherever your plasma lands!)

I think I liked this one more because it wasn't too excessive.
Trying to kill someone with these weps took longer, made for some tough fights.
And their characteristics...it wasn't just about accelerated firing rates, some of these weapons had a cool spin put on 'em.

I found it using UT2004Mi, but after installing, still couldn't find/play it.

The avril friggin owns in EO, its a great Anti Infantry and Anti Vehicle weapon.

Alright, first, the bad news. I have not been able to find a download link... But I do have a huge amount of information about it.
