Can I how KEYBINDER longer?

Can I display the Mapvote3 KEYBINDER longer?

Some of my slow friends can't get a Mapvote key bound when they first join UT. They see the bind mapvote key window for a few seconds and then it dissappears.

I am using UT 436 and MapVote3.
Is there a setting that controls the time they have to bind a mapvote key the first time they join?

You could get them to put this line in their user.ini file
U=MUTATE BDBMAPVOTE VOTEMENU

 

[BDB]

or use this command in the ingame console window.

SET INPUT K MUTATE BDBMAPVOTE VOTEMENU

where K is a keyboard key.
