Can a whole zone block players,not projectiles?

  1. Is there a way of setting a zone info so the whole zone blocks players from entering, but lets projectiles through.
    If not, if I put invisible collision hulls around the zone, can I make them so that they block players and not projectiles?

    If you look under KeyPoints in Classes you'll find a BlockPlayer pawn. Set that up so the Collision radius is large enough to keep people out.
