call for developers and input

hello,

i am not a mod developer but am familiar with the community etc. i am a flash and director 3d developer . recently a client proposed developing a 3d game for a pharm trade show, using a joystic or buttons a user will interact with a kiosk containing a pc running the required software and hardware required to run the mod. the user experience would unfold as follows. some sort of attract loop, user interacts and is presented with introductory information. they advance to a multiple choice questions which when answered incorrectly provides the correct info. the user is then given the opportunity to play one of three games. the games are golf, skiing, and sailing. the golf game would consist of a one hole par 4 experience. the skiing would be navigating a course with a timeer and sailing would be the same. these games would be played from a third person view and would be populated with branded material.

so the question here is can somthing like this be done?, i will have a decent budget but would appreciate any input on what it would cost, how long it would take and if any developer(s) are interested in working on this project

Is this for Unreal? I'd consult with Epic about it, I don't know if you'd require an engine license to do something like this.

could be done in shockwave 3d.
