BR-IDOLWORSHIP-BE Screens and beta download

Here's a link to br-idolworship-be beta download and some screens ..The layout in the new br-version will also be used for a ctf-idolworship-special-edition made jointly by myself and Cobra from UP and released at the same time the very last of the idolworship maps with better layout..better..visuals..added rooms and faster frame-rates and with Cobra doing the Ai much improved gameplay ;) ...New working link added futher down :)

That second interior shot, the light appears to be coming from no discernable location and there is no contrast - fixz0r :)

It's just the angle in the screen shots the light come from torches on the walls but they are blocked from view on this screen and had to alter the screens in PSP because they were much darker than they are in game and now the contrast is washed out! It goes to show that you can't tell everything from screenshots why don't you try the beta download and see the whole map for yourself ;) anyway thanks for your imput :)

Hey mick, any chance you could either email the beta to me or do u know of a mirror? I dont like turning my firewall off at unrealplaygorund to download maps, I get too many attacks.

The "terrain" in shots 2-4 looks very flat to me. You heard about heightmaps?

PS: Map not found either.

sorry master Roshi but haven't been to the forums for a while I didn't know that unrealplayground where the map was uploaded to delete beta maps after a while will upload and re-do link sometime to-day sorry again

Zarkazm by name Zarkazm by nature! the terrain is flat well spotted :rolleyes: adding terrain in this map repetedly crashed the editer was a major problem so gave up on the terrain :eek:

beta re-uploaded and ready for download BR-WORSHIP-BETA-D A CTF-version using a slightly modified layout will be finished and uploaded to UnrealPlayground on monday and the finished BR-version next week .there has been a long delay with these maps as Cobra who was very kindly doing the AI had to drop the joint project because of other work pressure :( will post link to both downloads when ready ;)
