I've made a map (AS-Zesvot's-Adventure!-Final
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sir7xgI-0TA) that was 206.2 MB, that's including the required files of course, but the map itself is already 134 MB I haven't seen a MAP by itself that came anywhere close to that size.
It's even ginormous just playing it with 12 whole long drawn-out levels. On a fully populated server it would often take people 1-3 hours to finish it. The fastest record was 30 minutes... That's without people being lazy assholes who boost eachother instead of actually playing though.
Took me 7 videos to cover it near or around ten minutes each, so yeah, about an hour of playtime there...
The only maps I remember being that big (Or bigger), space-wise was Sunspire from Unreal 1 and that one trial map, can't remember the name, something about a pyramid with these HUUUUGE interiors and gigantic exterior where you drove a car across the desert.
