Isn't the BFG supposed to replace the Rocket Launcher by default? It doesn't on my installation. I have to either find it floating in the midair on the map, or get it off someone I killed.

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
Assuming this is the U4E version, it randomly places weapons in map rather than replace any weapon. Get the WORM mutator if that's what you want...
