If you look at this thread. I have that exact problem with my mouse.
Hell , that's quite anoying. Sometimes , i just point my cursor down or somthing like that and the mouse go completely on the Bottom right or Top left corner of my screen for no reason at maximum speed. It also hapen when i play ut2004. But it seem to clam down a bit. I can't find any Driver for that mouse really. I am guessing it's a USB problem... I will delete the Logitek driver i installed for my older mouse though. If you are fammiliar to this... don't hesitate to let me know.
