Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
Many mods made for 2003 also work for 2004
I'll give er a try. with so few maps for JB 2003
it won't be played alot anyway.

Ok it comes in ut4mod only and the makers seem to have no Idea on how to make
them umods, To extract it you seem to need the Umod browser.

It keeps asking for a lower version of UT2004,
You need the UMOD Browser to extract them.

When leaving, prisoners do not drop their jail inventory.
this makes it not playable with the shared jails addon
since the Dummy weapon will turn into a real SuperShockRifle

OK played a few rounds with it, Quite enjoyable actually.
These weapons fit the JB gametype greatly.
Even the "arenaspoils" addon will give you the right weapons
and the logfile was as clean as it is with JB in a normal match.
Some sreenies:
1: This sniper is the wet dream of every camper, slow but great damage
I just loved camping arround in heights with it
2: Ahh thats where I left my pineapple!
3: Frosbite was Gibbed by knife
Overall a pleasing combination.

Its a very sweet mod, would be great with Jailbreak.
The UT2Mod is fine, if it doesnt install first time repatch UT2004, then run the UT4Mod again.
Happens with many mods.
I love the assault launcher, its the complete opposite to the UT2004 AR, lol.
The plaasma gun is out of place imo, but its still cool
