COME BACK



The Unreal series is in horrible shape, why? This game has more than enough fun and excitement to keep it alive. There is a large lack of anyone reaching out to old players to come back, so I will make the first moves.
This is not about supporting a company, this is about bringing something amazing back to life. If you know of someone that has played this before, talked about unreal at all, pass this on to them they may be very interested.

It would probably make more sense to attempt to revive UT99 CTF since it was always more popular to begin with and didn't have the problem of floaty-dodgy hitscan game play. In fact, people still play UT99 CTF to this day and there are even 5v5 pug matches.

The only people still playing UT99 CTF are the same type of players that are still playing UT2k4 CTF and UT3. The people who will never stop. There won't be much new players picking up ANY UT I'm afraid.

thats true. been playing ut2003/4 since it came out and i will never stop. i'll stop when they pry the super-shock rifle out of my cold,dead hand

Not unless Epic releases them as free public downloads. I wish they would just produce a "UT Live".

There's not that many people playing Quake Live, mostly ex-quake/ut players. New players just get owned away.
