I'm a programmer working on a fresh total conversion project. We are intending to develop a sci-fi racing game using Unreal Tournament 3 as our base.
We currently have two programmers, both of whom work as programmers full-time, and some more specialist help working on the design at work on the project, and are hoping to pick up some creatives to help us out with the visual side of things.
We are currently looking for:
At present we want to not only focus on a high-speed racing challenge, but also would like to implement a very strong player vehicle customisation system, a complex set of environments with which to challenge our players spacial awareness, an unusual set of object and environmental interactions with which to allow our players to be creative with their play strategies, and a unique control system that allows the game to be played competently with a mouse and keyboard.

- Concept artists, notably for vehicles and environmental designs.
- 2d and 3d artists, to produce a selection of vehicles and track segments.
- Level designers, where everything comes together.
