Any mod need a mapper?

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

I started mapping with UnrealEd when UT was made. I have been mapping with my old computer some Postal 2 maps and UT2004 maps. Now I got new computer and I start to map more cuz I like mapping. :) Friends say I'm a good mapper  I'd be happy if some mod team could recruit me :)
I'm waiting for replies :D

I'm sorry, but we're lookin for a bit more experienced developers. Here's the reason for my decision:

Your map has almost no detail, or even static-meshes so far. The terrain has only one or two layers, which are bad sized. The heights of the terrain are too extreme. The UT-terrain tool is only ment for doin smooth hills. If you wanna do cliffs or mountains, you will have to use static-meshes.

If you really wanna apply, work on and show us some progress. Maby you have skills, but I can't judge this by a pre-pre-pre-alpha map.

Well, maby you should start off with some indoor maps, just to get the feelin how to use bsp and staticmeshes the right way. You know why there are that few fully outdoor maps? Cause they're so hard to be optimized. Until now, most parts of Nemesis are set up indoors. There are 3 missions planned with huge landscape environment, but this can be dealed by the more skilled mappers. More on the Nemesis-Board.
