Any mod/mutator to display damage/name tags as 3D object?

Old UT player... but new to 2k4.

I've been playing using 3D LCD glasses and the effect is HELLA cool.....

However, the friendly names and damage bars above a player are 2D objects and not 3D. This has a tendency to make it difficult to distiguish friend from foe.

Long shot: Any mutator out there that changes these into 3D objects? Or... is there a way to shut them off??
