Just had another lan party on saturday and ended up playing ut, and serpentine all day.
Not that I'm complaining, we had a great time. I just don't want to get caught in a rut every time I have everyone over.

Do any of you guys know of any other great multiplayer games. I've been looking for a while, but havn't seen many games impressive enought to fork out the money.

damn, there are so many. Half-life team fortress classic, UT, quake (i also know..), quake2 (i also know again..), quake3 (yea yea, im a fan of quake), re-volt, hexen2, heretic2, SiN, Turok2 is great, warcraft2, there so many to choose friend. to hard to choose, can't remember all the good ones. =)

I'm sure to be heckled for this, but you gotta try Nerf:Arena Blast. It's the same engine as UT but it is so much fun. Think of it as a really good total conversion where you use Nerf guns. Actually, it's a stand alone game, and only $20-30. It still uses many of the same features as Unreal/UT, so it's easy to get going on it, but it has a totally unique look to it.
