I know how to skin useing UT Skin Maker but not UnrealED. I really would like to know how to make an animated skin. Any help would be verry appricated.

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. I've never actually skinned for UT so don't know how much help I can be or if it's possible (though I imagine it is). Take a look at this thread http://forums.beyondunreal.com/showthread.php?t=142806 and get the specular shader tutorials. They're probably written for 2k3/2k4 but the principle should be the same. It's just an older version of the editor for UT but I'd imagine most things are similar - Hope that helps

hey klasnic is there a way to get a skinnig prog without buyin another ut2k4 cuz mine doesnt have it mine only has the map making one.
You sure you don't have it. It's on the DVD in the CD6\Extras folder under Upaint. On the CD version it's on CD6 in the same folder. A lot of ppl say I don't have it but we all have the same unless I'm very much mistaken I had a look at the RightHemisphere web site and it's not there. Also couldn't find it as a download anywhere. Do you have UT2003? It's with that too and that's bound to be cheaper now. Anyone else ever come across it?

hmm i live in the us and i dont have the dvd one. but ill try and look for it. where would i find it at? i dont have ut2003 never bothered to play it.
yea klasnic would i have to put the cd 6 in and look from there cuz in the ut2004 folder doesnt have an extra folder.

I wish I could find an easy way to model - Bought 3DStudio last xmas just to do it and it's a pain to learn from scratch... No patience. Good luck though I'm just an old dog trying to learn new tricks hehe
lol yea im gonna start looking up on the tutorials and learn to skin, if i get lucky might learn to model.
