A good start!Maybe the mask should be black and red, but I think it`s to early to say such things

I don't think it should be red or blue, because red and blue will come with the team colors.
Keep it grey-scaled or pick another color.

I Painted it.
I made myself a 1024x1024 of this texture and using it as a base for pretty much all my metalworks.
