FIRST OFF: I want to apologize to brummer, I though he was Emond Clay when I wrote my thank you message. Second: If either of you guys want to read it I gone and put it under the please help me topic, instead of in a new one like an intelligent user would have done (well I said I was new at all this computer stuff!). Now to the meat of THIS message- NO GO GUYS! "shift" didn't prevent a reinstall & the patch told me I had to put the cd in the drive: and even it reunzips&reruns the set-up so I just dunno. I guess I'll just have to live with a roughly 2 minute delay to start a game session because other than this it runs well, saves my games& all that!!!

Are you sure you are holding down shift whilst putting the CD in the drive and still holding it down whilst it registers the disk?
