A new hack?

im not sure, but ive heard and seen one case of an INF hack.
there is supposedly someway to edit ur files to get damage increase or reload speed fastr and even shooting speed faster? can anyone confirm this? I heard someone talk about a korean server or something... am i being played like a fool, i know u can do the shooting speed hack, but what about the other stuff?

BTW, if ur good at servers, try to help me please on my previous post!

I dont know... I could swear some bastards always kill me with one shot... I would say lucky hit to the head but damn it happens often when some ppl are around...
