Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. I'm guessing that's A City Block - screenshot 2. It's from December 2002, a year before 2.9 was actually released, so I'd imagine the map changed a lot since that screenshot was taken.
The "2" behind the name was just to indicate and seperate the screenshots. The picture itself was something Los Pescados toyed around with during the beta testing. The idea was to have a underground storage where defenders could stock up on weapons and ammo. As Crowze already said, things changed and the "weapon room" didn't make it all the way to the released version.
