I was reading the UT weapons page and at the very bottom it said something about not knowing about surprises like the 4 barrel shotgun in unreal. Does anyone know how to get the weapon.

Dunno, but the QuadShot was a weapon only partially implemented in the original Unreal game. You could pick it up but it didn't display right and you couldn't fire.
