who can make the models for guns and all of that and what programs do you use?

3ds max , maya there is more but if you only want to model and not skin and animate you can take a look at the program attached its fun to play around with if you re not a expert in modelling.

... that little thing is confusing.... i'll stick to the other free 3d thing i found until i have 800 or so dollars to buy a 3d program

I use Milkshape
It is good for beginners and is fast for experienced users, it has everything you need for game weapon modeling, and has remained my favorite modeling program over the years. Also read this for more info on importing UT models.
