There's a guy on our street with a mac in his window.
He's the only guy on the street who hasn't been burgled.
Seriously; junkies can't shift Macs apparently.

And the worst thing is not the robbery, it's how the news report sounds so sensationalist that you'd start wondering if they paid those people to break into the store for a story.

All the mac stores I've seen around my area are just one big room with a few tables. If that store had the same layout I'm surprised it took them 31 seconds to steal all that stuff and not less time.

It was hard for me to tell with the quality of the video, but were any of them wearing gloves? The news anchor was really getting into the story lol!

Everything they touched they took with them, apart from the brick, but its not like a CSI episode, so don't expect them to get convicted based on that brick.

One of the few things I really dislike about America (and I realize it's not only something that happens in the U.S., but it originated from there) is sensationalized news. It's a horrible experience watching grown men and women trying to keep the viewers' attention by shouting, showing all kinds of video material - no matter whether it's newsworthy or even relevant to the topic at hand - and relying on flashy animations.

But the news is so super-fantastic-amazing.
It's not being sensationalized it is actually that cool.

thats one of the reasons why i dont watch any tv nowadays. sometimes listen to news on the radio on a dedicated news channel. at least there its still somewhat objective.
