Gearbox vs 3D Realms & Interceptor Entertainment has been an ongoing battle since Feb '14 since 3D Realms gave Interceptor a license to develop a Duke Nukem titled game. However a joint statement has now been made by all parties involved after a settlement had been agreed on in May.

I'm really happy that the lawsuit between Gearbox, 3DR, and Interceptor has come to an end. Right now, I, along with my Interceptor colleagues, are busy making the finishing touches on "Bombshell." We can't wait until you guys can play it! - Frederick Schreiber

Let's hope that now this has been resolved something will come along that isn't DNF.
