We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. Additionally, there are obvious spelling and grammatical errors on the site, and they sell probably illegal stuff, like Photoshop CS or Windows XP (apparently no activation) for $10. Perhaps they're not really selling anything at all.
