Hey guys, i need Your help, im stuck in one map T_T.
I mean last map of Assault in campaign mode. (Unreal Tournament 2004)
Dont know why my teammates are better with stats then those guys which im fighting, but they +me need like 5 minutes to do thing that opposing team can make in like 1 minutes in this space map. :mad:
Any tips?:eek:

Yes, just win the map. :p

Just repeatedly play it and try reduce the time to lowest possible, it really helps.

Especiallly the space battle at beginning...........just try to be fast as possible in destroying these and try choose paths where enemies are not flying that often.
And then try defend as hard as you can, eventually you will make this.

The onl battle i couldn't win is the final one with clanlord, though it did shoose me clanlord for some reason which seems to be the toughest enemy, I guess game did that because it wanted to torture me.

I hope i will make it i had big problems also with ctf and ball modes.
BTW Im playing single player first time, on experienced level, i thought its a bit easier.

Well IMO AS-Mothership is the hardest map... Strange that when I played it I usually win in practise seesions and lose in SP matches... Oh, and done Double Domination? It was challenging as well.

Yes, double domination was easiest one.
Im trying to beat now Malcolm its impossible!
I cant even hurt him, one time i made 5 kills in a row and it was 5-0, and like 5 minutes later it was 5-7 for him T_T
Its impossible im so angry:mad:
Btw i made mothership yesterday with 5 minutes bonus

The game seems to pickup the bosses on how you play and what difficulty you choose.

For the first time it gave me Clanlord for some reason, which ppl wondered why. (or it gave me that because it saw I have insatlled ut2003 and beat malcolm there :lol: and also that I have ut and xan is beaten too :D )

It gives you Malcolm, Xan or Clanlord, but only clanlord didn't appear in any team I think.

Game warned me that he is skaarj like any other i've seen, but meh.
I think the problem is the hyperblast map, seriously it sucks, in original UT it had good gameplay but this one is just so overscaled. I had no problem in winning a map previous to this one, in fact it was so easy compared to the clanlord battle. :rolleyes:

Lol but dom one was really the easiest I think. :p
Except for that one level which had dom points so near the starts so it basically was like impossible to win, but the timelimit saved me.

Well it was difficult, i made score 0/-1 for me, and went camping in one spot for 18 minutes. When it was 6 minutes left he used rocket at me but i was alive, and i made it ^^
He wasnt able to get here.

Where exactly? Meh, that is kinda lame way of winning, but the whole fight is lame so i guess its ok. Btw I played ut2004 on adept if I am not mistaken.

For me experienced was very difficult
Its the spot under the 100 armor, on the 2 huge boosters wich make big blue fire. There is a spot where u need to crouch and when u get there u dont need to crouch anymore coz ur char will do it alone(ur char will be blocked crouching, i mean).( Jump off the spot with armor to get here).
I found this spot today :)

Hmm, well UT's last challenge was really easy because of a shieldbelt respawn and lots of Health Vials around. In UT200X it's in larger scale (actually characters there are larger, so the scale difference is not actually big, it's HUGE!), with less pickups. But the black hole is a nice touch.

The last time I played single player is on Experienced and Clanlord shows up, but on easier difficulty, Malcolm was there.

I have not faced Xan (but I rather not play the SP campaign again), but Clanlord is somewhat different. Unlike Malcolm, Clanlord does not have a time limit (means you have to win by hitting the fraglimit, instead of camping).

If I recall correctly, the difficulty level scales up on the final battle (hence why either Malcolm or Clanlord turns me to swiss cheese in only a second with the inaccurate minigun!).

My only way to steal the shield pack before *insert opponent* gets it and do not stay at one spot.

Oh, Clanlord did not show up in the Skaarj team until the end of the battle.

Now i will play easiest and the other easy one difficulty level, so i can beat clanlord or xan without timelimit hit.:D

Hey any1 of You know is there any melee weapon in ut2004?
Maybe Skaarj's can use claws or something?:p

There are melee weapons only in unofficial and semi-official mods. I recommend Chaos UT2 that has a great selection of melee weapons, including the claws.
