Hiya Nali folks!
I have a new map for download... a smallish medium sized CTF for 8 - 12 players! It is 26 megs big, which might a bit much for some folks (14.6 meg download) but that's because of the big fat MyLevel
This one has been sitting around for some time now, but i finally got arsed to pack it up and ship it (a bit of house cleaning i suppose, which we all have to do every now and then
Detail is moderate in this map, elevating FrameRates in all scenes to increase playability being a primary objective - i think i did ok in that area.
This map was originally base-mapped in mid 2003 as a ctf, but was further developed as one of 8 sections of a big AS project i worked on in mid-late 2004 called Orion's Curse. This section was deleted from the AS when i downsized the project into 2 maps, and afterwards I made it back into this CTF map... To take it away from OC themic elements, I used old Shock Systems texture sets and modified a number as well ...
So the map is here now, just waiting to appear ...
I will not post a link to UP, where it exists atm, and will add in a Nali download link when it's ready ...
In the meantime, here are some screenies...
