The Jailbreak Team have released a beta version of the long-awaited Jailbreak for UT3. You'll need your version of UT3 patched up to 2.1 and have the Titan Pack Content. Included for your fragging pleasure are 11 maximum-security maps:

Don't get discouraged by the 'beta' thing... it's fully playable and lots of fun. If you notice any bug, report it in the Jailbreak forums and it will be fixed in the next version...

I wish more people would make maps in that style..then I could back into IG like it was in 99

-Jes- You can just use the exe I made, it does let you choose the home or nohome dir option and works well with all setups.

The exe installer works with weather or not you have steam and the home or nohomedir option.

I used the installer and have a few problems. The name of the gametype isnt comeing up right in all menus and I cant select it as something to look for in the server browser.

I'd suggest downloading from hedsteem then. It will push at your max ability down.
