Description
================================

This map has been created for the 3DBuzz Old School Unreal Contest in June 2008.
Therefore this map doesn't contain any custom content.

It's a frantic Duel map with lots of Z-Axis and lift jumping.
In this map I tried adding all the Armors plus an UDamage. The map is pretty small,
but the items are plentiful and balanced.

It works best in Duel, but can hold also some pretty tight 2on2 TDM matches.

Enjoy

Edited the first post with new Filefront links, the previous zips has a mess of folders that my zip program didn't show since they were void. If you are planning to upload this map somewhere please get the new zip files. The map isn't changed, so no online mismatch.
Also the Odd Man Out Studios link has been updated yesterday.

Liked this one a lot. The lowest floor is a little too cramped and hallway-based, and the TighPads corner is on the 'hmm' side, but I'm just being nitpicky. The ammount of powerups is excessive though, with a bit of luck you can get over 100 armor points in few seconds... I'd have prefered more healthpacks instead of so many armor pieces. Very fun map anyway, and looks pretty nice aswell... 4-room duel maps never get old... :tup:

Thanks for comments :)
Yes I agree that four Armors are maybe a bit too much for this map, but I think that they're quite balanced. Having the Helmet, Body Armor and Thigh Pads pretty close together makes for a good counter-balance against the Shield Belt. I prefer having many powerups rather than having only two like Sentinel (not counting UDam, which is disabled on the server that I usually play on). It garants some armory also to the players who got killed trying to get the Shield Belt.
I agree on the corridor-ness of the lower level, at first I wanted the PulseGun "corridor" to be only a shoot-through part but then I opened it up also for players just to add another way. It doesn't indeed have a lot of Z-Axis, I will try to avoid such parts in my future maps.
