JB-Chrome for JB2004
For those who are interested, here is a nice playable map for JB2004:
JB-Chrome-beta /edit: Removed beta-link due to the release the final version. Don't expect too much from it, it's just a basic conversion of CTF-Chrome. I did this to familiar myself a bit with UED3 (StaticMeshes, Emitters, ScriptedTriggers, AlphaChannels, etc.) and the new Jailbreak200x actors. Simply from screenshot 2, make sure you set the correct skin to the new weapon bases... PLEASE!.

OK, been through it a bit more...
ROFL @ screenshot 1 I think that the default head size of 2.5 should be restored ![]() As mentioned before... weapon base textures. The arena fights are fantastically short... in the region of 4 seconds. Any chance of a different weapon or some health pickups?

OK, here we go:
JB-Chrome-beta2 /edit: Removed beta-link due to the release the final version. Changes from beta1 - Changed all xWeaponbase skins to the 2004 skin - Got rid of some 'floating' xWeaponBases - Re-done the JBPanorama screen (now topview) - JBPanorama set to LODSET_Interface, as described on JDN - Level description added - Fixed the AssaultPath tags - Fixed DefencePoint tags - Changed arena weapon to sniper rifle - Decreased the JBPressurized headsize (a bit :P) - Changed the JailMonitor screens (and with that got rid of some XMonitor scriptwarnings) - Increased the arena timing from 45-60 to 60-75 seconds - Added some BlockingVolumes to make sure bots (and players) don't get stuck at some points - Minor MaterialSequence changes - Minor LoadingScreen changes Last edited by CoolDude; 2nd Jan 2005 at 10:36 AM. |

cooldude , i do agree , that sommes originals maps are good if you JB-mix them i just wish your next one will be serious , thats all

- Any chance for an updated version CD? Imo the jails need a second exit as it happens that a player won't reach the jaildoor in time (what about a teleporter behind a door at the opposite side of the jails?) and the "widescreen" jailcams are really ugly tbh. (just my 2 Cents)

This map is being considered for inclusion in a forthcoming Jailbreak map pack.
Are there any known bugs? If so, do you have a newer version in which these are fixed? Has this been tested? If not, how soon do you think you can get these bugs fixed and tested?

i bug hunted it
not really any bugs. just alot of mesh stuff. and big holes in the walls but they are blocked off with a volume i presume. a few mesh alignemnt issues on some ramps and you can hide up in the ceiling area...without trans aswel.![]() "im up here you morons"
