I just downloaded a Dave Chappelle Sound pack, but it doesn't do him justice. I'm interested in doing my own. How do you create them?

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. Now this is a fine tutorial. You can't possibly go wrong here. Carefully explained, step-by-step guide.
Voicepack was made by:
Rainecloud. http://www.planetunreal.com/shrine (The Voiceshrine).
Unrealed 2.0 shouldn't be so hard to use.
Just double click the unrealed.exe in your system dir.
Unrealed 2.0 fires up (might take some time)
Then you're presented the interface. Look at the top menu bar. You have some small icons. Look for the icon which looks like a soundspeaker which is the sound browser.
(you can also use: view-sound browser)
From there you can start creating your voicepack, with aid of that great tutorial I've just uploaded
