'Twas the night before the fragfest,and all through the house
Not a creature was stirring,not even your mouse.
The cobwebs were hung from the archways with care
In hopes that in #NC3 everyone would be there.

You went to sleep dreaming all snug in your bed,
While visons of sniper bullets going through someones head.
and the HD on standby, and you in your cap,
Had just settled down after a good midnight snack.

When up from the z-axis, arose such a clatter,
You jumped from your camping spot to see whats was the matter.
Off with your rifle you flew in a flash,
to where you knew the flak cannon was stashed.

The bio rifle on the breast of the floor you know,
gave the lustre of death with a bright green glow.
When, what to your anticipating eyes should appear,
but an {NC} player, and you knew that meant phear.

With a big 'ol shock combo, so instant and quick,
You knew in a moment that you start to feel sick.
More rapid than a mini gun, closer he came,
he taunted, and shouted, and called you by name.

Now dash, now jump, now strafe, and fire!
On ledges! On stairways! On elevators that take you higher!
To the top of the map! to the top of the wall!
Flack cannon! Rocket launcher! Die, Die, Die all!

As dry humor before the time the gibs where to fly,
You meet with a Shock whore, up from the sky.
So up from the rafters, where the sheild belt you knew,
You wished you had the redeemer, but it was too late for you.

A got this on a Christmas card a few years ago.
