Running 1600x1200 res on my SyncMaster 700IFT and TNT 1

I've got my desktop set at this now... I like it a lot, but I have a question... Is this lowering my refresh rate? It was my understanding the highest I could run was 1024x768... But this seems to work fine. I can look away from the screen and not see it flicker, so I'm guessing I won't get headaches from it...

What's the max horizontal frequency of the monitor?

If it's a 17" monitor I don't recommend 1600*1200 at all.

I switched it down to 1280x1024 due to a headache starting to transpire
