2 Questions about bots

Hiya all.
I was just wondering if anyone has the answer to two questions I have:

1: Can I somehow use the bots in the tournament in practice, it'd be kinda neat to play a 1-1 with Xan in another map other than Hyperblast.

2: Is there any way to *create* more bots past the 32 in the options menu? Instead of changing attributes on the ones that are already there I'd like to just make new ones
