Boss Skin?

I read somewhere about a boss skin, what is it. Is it something you get if you win the game?

If so, how?

After you beat all the DM maps, all the DOM maps, all the CTF maps, all the assault maps and then 3 more maps after that you will face Xan, king of all bots. If you beat him you can use his skin and his voice, and he will make you earn it.
