how do you install map vote in strike force

hello

I need help when using map vote in strike force. i cant get it to work in my server. i need help thank you.

The problem with StrikeForce is that the SF team has disabled
automatic downloading by default.
See the MapVoteReadMe.htm file for futher details on how to re-enable it.

Optimizer has contacted me and wants to include SFMapVote with
the next SF patch. So then you will not have to download it.
