Warp Zone Tutorial!

I've decided to enter the tutorial club! I decided to start with something that I'm pretty familliar with, which is why I chose Warp Zones. I just finished the fist of the series, which covers the basics of how to create a simple Warp Zone.Take a look and tell me what you think. Should I follow up with the more advanced tuts, or should I quit and never attempt another tutorial again? If you've ever seen my Escher map, then you know what I can do with ZPs, and I would like to share my know-how.

Sure! We would have to pretty that site up a bit, though. And if it ever makes any money, I would expect a cut.

Question: Is there a significant difference between Warp Zones and Teleporters? And, are Bots painlessly warped? Are they Happy about it? Ha Ha

Thank you Nuclear Fuzz Grunge. I appreciate that

there seems to be a subtle difference but I am unable to read between the UScript code. tho' the telporter is a nav point and has in built support for the bots whereas a seperate function is called for the warp zones. right?. anyone? or am I WRONG

To answer your Q, Warp Zones actualy make it look like you're going from one place to the other like you're walking through a doorway. You can see right through, and if you didn't know it was there, you would be hard-pressed to notice it.

Oh my god... I just downloaded and played that map. It made me so dizzy. Seriously though. My eyes were beginning to cross. I had to delete it before it gave me a migraine.
