UT & Win2kSP2

Hey,

I'm having this weird lagproblem with UT & Win2k (Win2kSP2 & DX8).
I have a good ping except for those damn lag-spikes.. I usually ping around
50ms but those spikes makes it impossible to play. 50->500->50->600->50 etc.

Tried the search thingy.. but it didn't help me.

Anyone that can? plz?
