How do u add in ur own avatar? and attach file..it says Attach file: but when i do nothing shows up

http://forums.planetunreal.com/usercp.php?s= Add your avatar there in the user options section. With the attach file. Click the browse button, select a file of acceptable type and it will show up  Have fun
