I must be a moron.. I can't seem to get the whole 'movers' thing... I've heard explanations and seen people make them... but I still don't get it. Are there any tutorials out there that I can print out or something?

Yep, movers can be frustrating in the beginning. Figuring out how to set the key frames was the biggest hang-up for me. I guess movers are so commonplace in editors that most tutorials assume you already know the concept. Kind of a bummer for beginners like me.
