Water temple map?

Did this map ever get reposted with all the files it needs? I redownloaded the map pak last night but discovered that there is still an "nbspecials" file missing.

I'll be putting that map back up for download when we finish the level design section of our site. The current map doesn't need the NBSpecials.u file.
