IF you're on a mac you'll need to download the .umod installer. Pick it up at http://www.westlakeinteractive.com/

Also if your on a Mac download all of the updates (same sit westlake 224b1 and 224b7) and when you unzip it use Stuffit 5.5 set preferences for comprestion, Convert to Mac text when there is text to never. Then all you have to do is drop the mod onto the Umod Icon in your unreal folder.
