Well, after some ineffective tries to post a pic I've come up with this idea:
(if you don't know what I'm talking about, visit the 'I just love that thing!'-topic in the off topic section)

Why not use a special topic(this one, for example), where everybody can try new sigs and test-post pictures and so on?
would save lot of space in other topics.

Just any Yes/No from a moderator would do..

still what I suppose is a specific test area, where nobody has to look, because everybody knows there's nothing important in there.

or do you really believe everybody will stay out of a topic that says: 'sig. test please ignore'
