Help! Need Help!

First:
My site needs SERIOUS help, does anyone know how to make spiffy art like the ones on the INf site, like logos and stuff. And: Does anyone have a green, brown, and tan colored camoflauge background? like a bmp or something.. it would look great on my site.

Secondly: What name should I make my new INF, TF2, Counterstrike clan? I want something semi-serious but not too funny. I was thinking more along the lines of a stealthy name, or something that strikes fear in the hearts of men. Or a variant of something like the CIA, or the FBI. I dunno plz gimme some help!

AND: Are there any legal issues about putting the INF logo on my site? I haven't yet but I wanted to check with Neo or someone else first.
